This deep garnet-hued special bottling of our Paderewski Tempranillo was co-fermented with 13% Graciano to naturally boost acidity like many wines of the Rioja region in Spain.  Aromas evolve with time in the glass - cherry, red plum, cinnamon spice, vanilla, anise, roasted resinous herbs, and grilled meats. The wine enters juicy with full red fruit and herbs on the palate, leading to barrel spice, sweet tobacco, and graphite.  - Jordan Fiorentini
